  • Reservations & Availability

    Q: Do I need to reserve tables in advance, or can I just show up?

    A: Reserving ensures your group stays together. Our picnic tables are fixed in place and seating first come, first served without a reservation, so we cannot guarantee adjacent tables. Book in advance and we’ll assign tables side by side for your party.

    Q: How do I confirm a booking?

    A: Once you decide on a space and date, you can book easily online through our reservation system. Your reservation is confirmed once payment is received.

    Q: Which space is best for my group size?

    A: Please check out our online booking system to view capacities and location options.

    Q: What are your rates?

    A: Please view the online reservation system for the most up-to-date pricing. Rates may vary depending on the day of the week and are subject to change based on availability and overlapping community events.

    Q: What’s included with my rental?

    A: Your reservation comes with complimentary parking & Wi-Fi, seating, and access to the sandbox. 

    Sound system access is available for full buy out rentals upon request

    Q: When is payment due?

    A: Payment is due at the time of booking through our online reservation system. For larger events involving 100 or more guests or multiple rental areas, our team will provide an invoice along with a rental agreement for signature.

    Q: Can I bring my own food or drinks?

     A: Outside food and drinks are not permitted, except for birthday cakes or cupcakes. All other catering must be ordered through Prescott Market vendors. We have a variety of delicious vendors for every taste, please check them out here.

    Q: Can I open an open tab or pre-order for my guests?

    A: Yes. Our ordering system lets you pre-order food and drinks or open a tab with multiple vendors on a single bill, or you can create separate tabs if you prefer, making group payments simple and seamless.

    Q: Can I purchase alcohol on site?

    A: Yes. Our licensed vendors offer a selection of beer, wine and cocktails for purchase. Outside alcoholic beverages are not allowed.

    Policies & Peak Times

    Q: Are weekends or game nights busier?

    A: Saturdays, Sundays, and nights with Ballers games or night markets are our peak times. You can expect a high-energy crowd, lots of activity, and possibly live music.

    Q: Can I bring decorations?

    A: Yes. You’re welcome to bring small table decorations. Please avoid anything that could scratch or damage our tables and do not hang items from the umbrellas.Description text goes here
